The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
As soon as your item is ready to ship, you will be notified via e-mail.

The Deutsche Post takes around 6 to 8 working days to deliver the package to its country of destination. It is actually the customs service from your country that might take a longer period of time to send the package to the final destination. This is the reason some delivery times may vary and depends on the country you live in. From my experience, the timings usually are:
Germany: 3 to 5 days
Europe: 1 - 2 weeks
United States and Canada: 3 weeks
Brasil or South America in general: about 12 weeks
Asia: 5-8 weeks
I only ship internationally with a tracking code.
For orders in Germany the tracking code can be requested separately.
If you live in South America or Asia, your package may take some time to arrive.
PLEASE take this into consideration if you're planing someone else's present! :)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

- Returns & exchanges
Unfortunately, I can not accept exchanges or returns. My shop is at the time very small and I can't at this moment afford the cost of damage and defect cause by third parties (like for exemple the mail service). I do, however, make sure your order is carefully and securely packed before I send it to you, so that the risks are minimised at the most.
I accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
To cancel you must contact me within: 5 days of placing the order.
